Return Policy
We offer returns and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement based on an exchange request. Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds, and these will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For accepted return/exchange requests, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification. If the return/exchange is approved after our quality check, it will be processed in accordance with our policies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
- The order has already been processed and shipped.
- The product is out for delivery.
- The order has been placed with a seller/merchant and shipping has been initiated.
- If the product is out for delivery, you may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 7 days of receipt to our customer service team. The request will be processed only after the seller/merchant verifies and confirms the issue.
Product Not as Expected:
- If the product does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving it. After reviewing your complaint, we will take appropriate action.
Warranty-Related Issues:
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
Refund Processing:

All the approved exchange and replacement will be completed with 15 business working days.
